Yes, this is a little bit of money upfront but it saves you tons of dollars that you may be losing because of under coding, you should deserve for the level of service you provide to your patient's, and should not be afraid to bill.
Since I have started using DMO and my commands are on the cloud. I can use it anywhere so conveniently, my level of services have gone up in a good way because I deserve it my patients deserve it, and this legal world where physicians are subject to all kind of investigation, I think DMO can save your life by documenting things that you can dictate in a few words.
This is the coolest technology that has been developed, it is seamless, errors are minimal. You can save tons of money and keep it in your pocket and you can recover this cost seeing only 1 extra patient per month.
You will do much better in terms of audits and bring more money home than what you are losing, and be safer. You can also protect yourself medical legal issues by documenting things with a few words.
Having been in practice for 30 years in medicine, I am l not too bad as far as technology is concerned, and this is wonderful.
