All Start Stop Transcription and Dictation Systems, and all Digital Recorders (Olympus, Sanyo, and Philips) are guaranteed against defects in material or manufacture for a period of 1 year from the date of original purchase.
If the unit fails during the first 90 days of ownership, we'll send you a new replacement unit.
If you are not satisfied with the unit for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of initial delivery for a refund (sorry, we cannot refund shipping charges). If the item(s) included free shipping, the refund will be equal to the cost of those items minus our shipping costs.
All returns must be accompanied by an assigned RMA# in order to be considered for a refund. A refund check or credit will be mailed to you upon satisfactory receipt of the returned unit in re-sellable condition. Refunds cannot be given for special order items, or if the unit has been damaged, abused, or is returned with missing parts.
Due to the nature of Dragon Naturally Speaking and MacSpeech Dictate software, we cannot accept returns on this particular product.
